All Bishop McDevitt families must have a Simple Tuition Solutions (STS) account to make tuition payments. Families interested in being considered for financial aid must complete the STS online application. We understand that each family has its own unique situation, and we want to be of assistance. Therefore, we encourage families to contact our Business Office so that we are best able to understand your family’s financial situation.

To be eligible for all scholarships and financial aid, you must complete the STS Financial Aid Application. Please click here to complete the STS Financial Aid Application . (If STS asks you for a School or Scholarship Organization Code, please enter code: 20599.)
Bishop McDevitt provides financial assistance to as many families as possible with available funds. All families who wish to be considered must complete an online Simple Tuition Solutions (STS) financial aid application, which is available March 1, 2025, and must be submitted no later than May 1, 2025, for the upcoming academic year (Financial aid is limited and applications are prioritized by completion date). STS charges a one-time fee of $27.50. Applications will be accepted after the deadline, but funds will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
All families that submit an application for financial aid will receive a $1,670.00 discount off each student's tuition. Catholic students will receive an additional $1,730.00 discount.

Fees Included in Tuition Rate:
- Returning Student Reregistration Fee: $100.00
- Financial Aid Application Fee (upon completion): $27.50
- Technology Fee : $150.00
- Activity Fee: $100.00 This fee has been incorporated into tuition payments and permits students to participate in various clubs and activities (not including athletics).
Additional Fees:
New Student Application Fee: $150.00, non-refundable. Upon Acceptance/Enrollment, $75.00 will be credited towards tuition account. Applications will not be processed until fee is paid. Fee must be paid prior to approval of enrollment application.
Sports Fee: $125.00 first sport, $75.00 for the second sport. No additional fee for three or more sports. This fee is per student and applies only to students who participate in a sport Fee must be paid prior to student participation in sports.
Graduation Fee: $125.00. For seniors only. This covers the cost of the diploma, cap and gown, and yard sign.
Special Classes Fee: Select academic courses have fees or expenses that are not included in the basic tuition. This information is listed in the course selection book.
Books Fee : All textbooks are provided for the students, however if a book is lost or damaged the students must pay to replace the book.
Miscellaneous Fee : Activities your student elects to join such as the band, FBLA, and NHS might have other fees associated with them. Students are encouraged to participate in class fundraisers and join the various clubs.
Chromebook Program Fee : Each student is issued a Google Chromebook because we utilize Google Apps for Education School to provide uniformity in technology and instructional strategies. There is a one-time fee of $400.00 which can be spread over the first year's payment plan. This fee includes a Chromebook, a hardshell case for the device, a 4-year accidental damage warranty, and Google licensing. The student owns the Chromebook once the fee is paid.
